The first trailer of World War II web series ‘World on Fire 2’ has been released by BBC, in which the famous and talented Pakistani actor Ahad Raza plays the role of Rajab.
This is Pakistani actor Ahad Raza Mir’s second international series after debuting in Netflix’s action blockbuster Resident Evil, in which he will be seen in the role of Leader Rajab, leading a special unit in the British Indian Army.
Other cast members of World on Fire 2 include Scottish actor Mark Bonner and British actors Greg Silkin, Leslie Manville, and Julia Brown.
The TV series will be broadcast on BBC Player from July 16.
Ahad Raza Mir shared the trailer of the film on the social media platform Instagram, the 41-second trailer shows gunshots and bombings.
According to the BBC report, the film depicts the Second World War, in which Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots destroy German bombers while patrolling the skies over Manchester.
Telling the story of World War II through the eyes of ordinary people, the film shows the fearless young heroes fighting for freedom, the series takes place in the seedy streets of Britain, Nazi Germany-occupied France, and the war in the African desert. The effects are illustrated.
After the release of the trailer of World on Fire 2 fans are also expecting the film to be very interesting, the first episode of the TV series will be aired on July 16 on BBCI Player.
The first season of World on Fire was released in 2019 as an episodic film series, depicting the lives of ordinary people living in Britain, Poland, France, Germany, and the United States during World War II.
It may be noted that popular actor Ahad Raza Mir has acted in the Netflix original horror web series ‘Resident Evil’ which was his first Netflix series.
The actor has also worked on global projects before.
Ahad Raza Mir has played the lead role in the UK stage theater called ‘Hamlet: A Ghost Story’ in the past while he played the famous English writer William Shakespeare’s famous theater play ‘Hamlet’ (The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark). I have also shown action.
