Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt says that he learned to cook, exercised, and was in better physical health than before when he came out of jail for almost 5 years.

64-year-old Sanjay Dutt is one of the famous actors of Bollywood, he made a name for himself through many films in his career but he was always surrounded by controversies.

According to a report by India Today, actor Sanjay Dutt, who is famous for films like ‘Manubhai MBBS’ and ‘Dhamal’, ‘GF-2’, was charged in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case on March 21, 2013. He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment by the Supreme Court of India.

However, he was released in 2016, 103 days before the scheduled term of the sentence. He was accused of buying weapons from the perpetrators of the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts.

According to the report, the actor while talking about his experience in jail said that he learned to cook in jail, read religious books, and exercise which resulted in him being physically fitter than before when he was released from jail. They looked good.

“I went to jail for the first time. If you look at the pictures outside the jail, in which Akshay Kumar and Shahrukh are also there, I had no other option but to spend time in jail,” he said. There was no use thinking.’

Indian actor Sanjay Dutt aka Sanju Baba said, “I had already made up my mind that I would face jail and I took care of myself during the 6 years I spent in jail, made the most of it and learned a lot.” . ‘

Sanjay Dutt said, “While in jail, I learned to cook, read religious books, exercise, and was released from jail with better physical health than before.”

This is not the first time that Sanjay Dutt has spoken about his time spent in jail, earlier in 2016 the actor said: I am not physically imprisoned, they put my mind in prison, for example, you cannot do anything of your own free will. That time was very difficult, but jail is jail, my day started at six in the morning, and I used to cry thinking about my family and children.

He also said in an interview with BBC India that a constable told him that Sanju Baba if you stop hoping, jail time will pass in a jiffy, I took his words seriously. And tried, but it took me 2 to 3 weeks to give up hope, when I gave up hope, time just flew by.

The actor also said that he had earned Rs 5,000 to 6,000 by doing different jobs like making bags in jail, and working as a radio jockey.
