Three years of life spent taking care of mental health, Mawra Hussain

Renowned actress and model Mawra Hussain has said that she spent the last three years of her life focusing on her mental health, as she needed peace and recovery.

Mawra Hussain shared a short video based on her childhood photos and wrote an essay on mental health for fans on the occasion of World Mental Health Day.

He also expressed sympathy for lonely people while expressing good wishes and informed the consumers about the importance of mental health. The actress wrote that she spent the last three years of her life improving her mental health, as she needed that kind of peace and time as a child.

Mawra Hussain advises the despondents to live a calm life by finding the spiritual light and happiness within themselves instead of running away from the lights. The actress advised people that they should not exhaust themselves by doing too much.

Talking about her mental health, Mawra Hussain wrote that she wanted peace, she just wanted to stay home. The actress advised people not to be ashamed of their health or self-care and that self-care should be everyone’s priority.

Mawra Hussain wrote that if 2020 taught and explained anything to her, it was that one should take care of one’s self, existence, and health and everyone should listen to their voice. He also expressed good wishes for those suffering from loneliness due to depression and mental problems.

Before the above post, Mawra Hussain had admitted to suffering from depression and anxiety in January 2020. He wrote in his Instagram post at the time that he found out that he was suffering from anxiety a year ago but now he is not ashamed of it.

Mawra Hussain also revealed that she continued to see therapists for depression, who told her that the more she feared it, the worse it would get, and on that day she decided that now She would not be afraid of defection.

Now three years later, on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, he once again mentioned mental problems and advised other people to take care of their mental health.
