19-year-old Samar Jaffrey, who is an actor as well as a singer, recently gave an interview to Fuchsia Magazine where he talked about his struggles before entering the showbiz industry. The young actor said that no one in his family has anything to do with the showbiz industry, he is the first member of his family who wanted to go into the showbiz industry.
He said that he had to love a lot to enter the showbiz industry, at one point he thought that he might not be able to make a place in the industry. Samar Jafari said, “I used to be fired based on ‘you are too fair, too tall, or too thin’. Sometimes it happened that several actors told me that ‘for a role in a play It doesn’t look like my baby.’
Samar Jaffrey said that he used to wait for hours on the set with the script in hand, but in the end, he was told that another boy had been given the role. The young actor revealed that he was treated like this for 11 years and was always fired from the drama for the same reasons.
He said that after doing theater, he auditioned for 11 years but no one cast him. After a long time, he finally got an offer for the drama serial My Re. In ‘My Re’, Samar Abbas plays the role of a young husband while Aina Asif plays the role of a young wife.
The play My Ray tries to discourage early marriage in the society and shows how child marriage destroys their lives. Although the drama My Ray has already shown the marriage of Aina Asif and Samar Abbas and the two have also been shown romantically as a young couple.
